Credit CardWe accept the following cards:

Bank Transfer
Delivery is made after confirmation of payment by bank transfer.
Bank transfer fees are the responsibility of the customer.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
Only available for direct delivery to the ordering party.
COD orders incur an additional 315 yen handling fee.
Delivery Fees
Delivery Fee is 735 yen.Delivery FREE for orders over 10,000 yen.
COD handling Fee
A handling fee of 315 is charged for all COD orders in addition to the shipping fee.Delivery
Orders paid by credit card or COD are delivered within one (1) week.
(Dates one week from the order date or later may be specified in the order options screen.
Orders paid by bank transfer are typically delivered within one (1) week.
(Shipment of orders is typically within 6 days of confirmation of payment. Please factor that in when choosing a delivery date for orders paid by bank transfer.)
The following designated delivery times are available for selection when ordering.
AM (Morning) 12:00 - 14:00, 14:00 - 16:00, 16:00 - 18:00

Returns
In order to ensure product quality we do not accept returned products or exchanges.For mistaken deliveries or orders damaged during shipping please contact us by telephone or email within seven (7) days.
Changes and Cancellations
Changes to or cancellation of orders may be made by 10 AM on the first business day following the day of the order by telephone. Please call us at 03-5485-4636 for such inquiries.
No changes to orders may be made later than this. Your understanding is appreciated.
